This policy explains what happens to any information you share with Pracchi Shinde (“we”, “I”) through this website, WhatsApp, email or during a consultation.

What is collected

• Details you type into a form on this site — typically your name, WhatsApp number and the nature of your enquiry.
• Messages you send on WhatsApp or by email, and anything you choose to share during a session.
• Standard, non-identifying technical data your browser sends to the hosting provider (such as IP address and page requests) for security and uptime.

How forms on this site work

Forms on this website do not store your data on a server. Submitting a form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-written into a message, which you then choose to send. Nothing is transmitted unless you press send inside WhatsApp. The free tools on this page calculate results entirely inside your own browser and save nothing.

How it is used

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To deliver the service you have booked, and to keep session notes needed to coach you properly.
• To send you information you specifically asked for, such as the free blueprint.

What is never done

Your information is never sold, rented or passed to any third party for marketing. Session content is treated as confidential and is not shared, quoted or published without your explicit written permission — including on social media.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry messages and session notes are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you, and are then deleted. You may ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or erased, by writing to pracchishinde@gmail.com.

Third-party services

This site links out to WhatsApp (Meta), email, and social platforms. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that platform applies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Video and images on this page are hosted on the same server as the site itself.

Children

Services are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 may only engage with the express consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

By booking a consultation, programme, styling service or workshop, you agree to the following.

Nature of the service

Pracchi Shinde provides image consulting, personal styling and personal-development coaching. These are advisory and educational services. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice or financial advice, and are not a substitute for any of them.

Booking and payment

• Consultations are confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Programme fees, instalment schedules and inclusions are agreed individually on the strategy call and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time and give honest, accurate information — the quality of the work depends on it.
• Implement what is agreed between sessions. Results follow action, not attendance.
• Treat all materials, worksheets and recordings as for your personal use only.

Intellectual property

All frameworks, worksheets, palettes, written material, recordings and this website's content remain the intellectual property of Pracchi Shinde. They may not be copied, resold, taught or redistributed in any form without written permission.

Confidentiality

What is discussed in a session stays in the session. Client stories are only ever shared publicly with explicit written consent, and anonymised where consent is limited.

Conduct

Coaching is a two-way relationship built on respect. Abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour ends the engagement immediately with no refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising out of any service is limited to the fees actually paid for that service. Decisions you take on the basis of advice given remain your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

Written plainly, so there are no surprises on either side.

Consultations (₹1,500 online · ₹2,500 offline)

• Rescheduling: one free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, into any available slot within 30 days.
• Inside 24 hours or a no-show: the session is treated as delivered and the fee is not refundable.
• Cancellation before the session, with more than 24 hours' notice: refunded in full, minus any transaction charge, within 7 working days.
• If Pracchi reschedules, you get first choice of the next available slot, or a full refund — your call.

Signature Transformation Programme

• Because slots are limited and each plan is built individually, programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has begun.
• Sessions can be moved with 48 hours' notice, subject to calendar availability.
• A programme may be paused once, for up to 30 days, for a genuine medical or family emergency.
• If circumstances change significantly, talk to Pracchi. Credit towards another service is considered case by case, in good faith.

Personal styling & corporate workshops

• An advance confirms the date. It is refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled date, and non-refundable after that, as the date is then held exclusively for you.
• Travel, venue and third-party costs already incurred are always non-refundable.

Digital products & downloads

Downloadable guides and pre-recorded programmes are non-refundable once accessed, as they cannot be returned.

How to request a refund

Message +91 91366 66153 on WhatsApp or write to pracchishinde@gmail.com with your name, the date of payment and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.

No guaranteed outcomes

Client results shared on this website are real outcomes reported by real clients. They are individual experiences, not averages and not promises. Income figures in particular depend on your own business, market, effort and timing. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or any specific result.

Not medical or psychological treatment

Image consulting and coaching are not therapy. They do not diagnose or treat any medical or mental-health condition. If you are experiencing significant distress, an eating disorder, or any condition requiring clinical care, please consult a qualified medical or mental-health professional. Coaching can sit alongside that care — never in place of it.

Not financial advice

Conversations about pricing, positioning and self-worth are coaching conversations. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Business decisions you take remain entirely your own.
